Hi, I'm Moriah (or as the locals call me "The Community Hugger"). As a Latino female business owner, President of the Rotary Club for Cedar Park-Leander, Ambassador for the Cedar Park and Leander Chambers of Commerce, and board member for the YMCA of Williamson County, I have had the privilege of being involved in many aspects of my community. But what truly brings me joy is the impact that I have been able to make in the lives of others.
For the past five years, I have volunteered every Monday at Reveal Resource, welcoming those in need and providing a friendly face. This work has been incredibly rewarding, as I have been able to connect with people on a deeply personal level and help them feel at home in a new community. Seeing the relief and gratitude on their faces is truly heartwarming.
In addition to my work at Reveal, I have also volunteered for the last seven years at Northpoint Community Church, where I have had the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and help them feel supported and loved. This work has been incredibly meaningful to me, as I believe that we all have a responsibility to care for one another and make the world a better place.
As the owner of a small business, I am deeply committed to helping other entrepreneurs succeed. The core value of my business is to introduce other small business owners to the community and help them connect with potential customers and partners.
